For the past 7 years, I’ve been involved in Property project management in Malta focusing on renovations of high-end property renovations  and complex one-off designs. I work with high-net-worth clients on projects in Malta and Europe, collaborating with experienced designers. These high-demand projects require complex solutions in various scenarios such as:

  • Major Structural Alterations

    • I manage significant structural alterations in Malta to enhance property integrity while aligning with the client's or designer’s vision. This includes managing document submissions with BCA PA & insurances, local permits for materials supply and traffic management, OHS reports, site cleanliness, and troubleshooting issues as they arise.

  • Lighting Design

    • Creating the right lighting schemes and fixtures can transform a space. I work with interior designers and architects to develop impactful lighting layouts that enhance ambiance and functionality using the latest technology and design trends.

  • Furnishings

    • I manage the sourcing of high-end suppliers, coordinate quotes, and prepare plans for one-off furnishings that complement the overall design. This ensures every piece contributes to a cohesive and luxurious interior while accommodating structural and utility constraints.

  • Stonework

    • I help source the right stone materials and finishes, creating options for clients and design teams to achieve the desired aesthetic and durability for all stonework elements.

  • Aperture Installation

    • I manage the sourcing, creation of quotation documents for tendering, and coordination of installation logistics for all types of apertures, ensuring quality and precision in every detail.

  • Pool Design

    • With experience in design and sourcing, I oversee the installation of pools, creating stunning and functional aquatic features.

  • Hammam Spas

    • I collaborate with engineers, suppliers, and designers to create luxury spa spaces. This involves investigating soundproofing, thermo-insulation properties, electrical plumbing, and temperature control sensors, ensuring seamless incorporation into the overall design.

  • Conflict Resolution

    • Conflicts with third parties, contractors, and suppliers can arise. I manage these conflicts to ensure smooth project progression and maintain professional relationships.

  • Enforcement of Contracts

    • I rigorously enforce contract terms to ensure all parties meet their obligations, safeguarding the project's success and the client's interests. The strength of enforcement depends on the strength of contracts and payment structures with suppliers.

  • Infrastructure and Government Institutions

    • I navigate the complexities of planning applications, heritage department regulations, infrastructural institutions, and government entities to ensure compliance and facilitate broader-scale projects.
